John Baker Saunders was an American musician. He was known for being a founding member and bassist for the American grunge rock supergroup Mad Season, as well as a member of The Walkabouts. He was the son of Charleen I. (Greer) Edge and John Baker Saunders, Sr.
John’s maternal grandparents were Charles S. Greer (the son of Joseph Stevenson Greer and Isabella J. “Belle” Sharp) and Viola Belle Turner (the daughter of Reason Turner and Henrietta Louise “Etta” Rogers).
