Patricia Altschul is an American socialite and television personality. She is known for her role on the reality show Southern Charm.
She is the daughter of Frances Pearl and Walter Pettus Dey. Her father was born in Dallas, Texas. Her mother was born in New Castle, Pennsylvania. She was married to banker Arthur Althscul. Her son, Whitney Sudler-Smith, a filmmaker and director, has also been featured on Southern Charm, as well as producing the show.
