Lukas Graham is a Danish and Irish singer, songwriter, and actor. He is the lead singer of the soul band Lukas Graham.
Lukas’s mother, Eva Forchhammer, is Danish, and his father, Eugene Graham, is Irish. He took his father’s surname, “Graham”, as his stage name. Lukas talks about his Irish ancestry in this clip. He spent half his childhood growing up in Ireland, and has said that, due to his strong bond with his Irish roots, he never really felt Danish.
Lukas’s paternal grandfather was from Wicklow, Ireland.
